Stress Build Up?

Each of us is a special soul housed in a human body or as a friend once jokingly said “we live in a meat suit.”  Each of us a creation of the Divine, God, Creator, All That Is, Yahweh, Buddha, Allah, Ancient of Days, Source, Jehovah, Universal Energy, Divine Love,  no matter what you call the Divine Energy we are one human race.

We are one across the planet, all made the same way, all inspirations of our Creator, yet, unique in our own.  We may rejoice in successes or cry over losses; we feel emotions and have beliefs no matter where we live or travel.  We each carry our life’s experiences buried deep within the subconscious mind.  We may have chosen similar life journeys however our paths sprout new directions individualizing our experience.  Then we add our free will to make decisions - poof, life changes.

As we wander the Road of Life we can turn to the left or right go straight, turn around, fly above dig below change course for new opportunities.   Everyone has a choice sometimes our choices or experiences cause negative emotions or feelings to build up inside filling the subconscious mind with fuel for the ego.  Our egos like to keep us in fear or play the victim and make us better or above others.  The ego struggles for survival.

On any given day because of the build up of life’s subconscious stuff and the freshly added, we never know how well someone is doing or if they are having a good day.  At times, our focus can be inward, because worries become overbearing; It may become to hard to think outside of self for fear of overload. I have been there and understand.

I used to have a mental closet where I stuffed all life’s worries and stresses and slammed the door.  I could not open the door all they way for fear something would resurface.  I’d open it a crack when I needed to stuff more in.  At times the door was creaking and the hinges ready to give way.

When those feelings or baggage recedes back into the subconscious mind it is still with you, it’s just not on the surface.  A simple thought, meeting, word, action of someone,  phrase, tv show, or something else  can trigger the baggage and bring it to the surface again and you get to relive the occurrence’s unsettled stomach, fears, trauma or just the gunk of it all.

There is a way to clear your baggage and mental clutter that builds up in your subconscious mind.  I loved it so much that I made major changes in my life to become a practitioner and an instructor.  It’s called Theta Healing. It is the fastest way to clear your baggage so much so even doctors are using it.
